LEAVE & ATTENDANCE POLICY

“Regular attendance and punctuality are the first lessons in discipline, responsibility, and the pursuit of excellence.”

At Adharsheela Global School, we believe that consistent attendance and active participation are essential for a child’s academic growth, character development, and overall success.

• Regularity & Punctuality: Students are expected to attend school regularly, arrive on time, and participate actively in all scholastic and co-scholastic activities. They must reach the school at least 10 minutes before the morning assembly. The school gates will close at 8:00 a.m. during summer, and late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the campus.

• Minimum Attendance: Students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance during the academic session. Failure to meet the prescribed attendance requirement may result in the student not being considered eligible for promotion to the next class.

• Early Departure: Students are not permitted to leave the school premises during school hours. Early departure shall be allowed only in case of an emergency, with a written request from the parent/guardian, a valid Parent ID Card, and prior approval from the Principal.

• Extended Absence: Absence for more than three consecutive days at the beginning of a term or immediately after a vacation without prior intimation may result in the student’s name being struck off the school rolls.
