At Adharsheela Global School, we understand that a safe and comfortable journey is an integral part of a child's educational experience. Our well-organised, GPS-enabled transport system is designed to ensure the highest standards of safety, reliability, and convenience. Supported by trained drivers, female attendants, and continuous supervision, we strive to provide every student with a secure and pleasant travel experience while offering complete peace of mind to parents.

Transport Guidelines
• The transport facility is optional and offered subject to seat availability.
• Bus routes and designated stops are planned with utmost consideration for students' safety and convenience. The school reserves the right to modify routes or stops whenever necessary.
• Students are expected to reach their designated bus stop at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled arrival time. Buses will adhere to their schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.
• Parents are requested not to contact drivers during transit or request missed calls, as this may distract them from their primary responsibility of safe driving.
• In areas with narrow roads or traffic congestion, the nearest safe and accessible pick-up/drop-off point will be assigned.
• Requests for changes or withdrawal from the transport facility must be submitted in writing and will be processed in accordance with the school's transport policy.

Safety & Security
• All school buses are equipped with GPS tracking, CCTV surveillance, and First-Aid facilities to ensure student safety at all times.
• Parents can conveniently track the movement of the school bus through the School Bus Live (Geocrat) Mobile App.
• Parents or authorised guardians are requested to be present at the designated bus stop to receive their child.
• Notifications regarding delays will be communicated only in the event of vehicle breakdowns or significant changes in transport arrangements.

Bus Discipline
• Students are expected to maintain discipline, remain seated during the journey, and follow the instructions of the driver and bus attendants at all times.
• Changing routes without permission, boarding or alighting at unauthorised stops, standing near bus doors, leaning out of windows, shouting, or causing damage to school property is strictly prohibited.
• Parents are encouraged to maintain courteous communication with transport staff and may contact the Transport Department directly for any assistance or concerns.
